Return Policy

Here at Wildly Southern, we want you to love all the items you purchase from us. However, we know sometimes things happen and returns are inevitable. Listed below are the policies in place for returning/exchanging items. 

If you are unhappy with a product you receive in the mail please reach out to us via email (wildlysoutherndesigns@gmail.com) and let us know what issues you are having withing 48 hours of receiving your product. We will be happy to discuss and help you find a solution. We offer a money back guarantee as long as the item is sent back within 20 days of contacting the email listed above. 

Custom items are NOT available for refund. If the item comes damaged we will be more than happy to replace it for you. However, due to not being able to resell a custom item we will not be offering monetary refunds at this time. If your item comes defective, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your package and we can get you a replacement on the way.
